Dylan Noceda is a litigator at Franklin Soto Leeds. Dylan represents policyholders in commercial insurance coverage disputes and bad faith litigation in state and federal courts. He also works on bankruptcy matters, bankruptcy-related financial litigation, and other general commercial litigation matters.
Before joining Franklin Soto Leeds in 2025, Dylan spent approximately four years as a litigator in the Los Angeles office of an international law firm where he gained experience in a variety of practice areas, including insurance coverage litigation, healthcare litigation, labor & employment litigation, and class action litigation in state and federal courts across the country.
From 2023 through 2025 Dylan served as co-chair of the Young Lawyers Division for the Los Angeles Chapter of the Association of Business Trial Lawyers (“ABTL”), where he led efforts to integrate new attorneys into the legal profession and the Los Angeles legal community. Beginning in 2026, Dylan joined the San Diego ABTL Chapter’s Leadership Development Committee, where he does the same in San Diego County. Dylan is also a member of San Diego’s Louis M. Welsh Inn of Court.
Dylan was born and raised in Southern California. He earned his bachelor’s degree in English from UC Berkeley in 2017 and his law degree from Cornell Law School in 2021. When he’s not working, Dylan enjoys playing music, reading literature, and, most of all, spending time with his wife, son, and the family dog, Harley.
