Dylan Noceda is a litigator at Franklin Soto Leeds. Dylan represents policyholders in commercial insurance coverage disputes and bad faith litigation in state and federal courts. He also works on bankruptcy matters, bankruptcy-related financial litigation, and other general commercial litigation matters.
Before joining Franklin Soto Leeds in 2025, Dylan spent approximately four years as a litigator in the Los Angeles office of an international law firm where he gained experience in a variety of practice areas, including insurance coverage litigation, healthcare litigation, labor & employment litigation, and class action litigation in state and federal courts across the country.
For the past two years Dylan has served as co-chair of the Young Lawyers Division for the Los Angeles Chapter of the Association of Business Trial Lawyers, where he spearheads efforts to integrate new attorneys into the legal profession and the Southern California legal community. In this role Dylan has planned multiple networking events, public interest events, brown bag lunches, and educational panels where young lawyers interact with lawyers of all experience levels and judges from both the state and federal benches.
Dylan was born and raised in Southern California. He earned his bachelor’s degree in English Language and Literature from the University of California at Berkeley in 2017, and his law degree from Cornell Law School in 2021.
